First I had a hiring manager interview/screening and then scheduled a panel interview with members of the team. I was told I would be getting a panel interview at the end of my initial screening, but it still took about two weeks for HR to get it scheduled.

The interview process was quick. I applied through a contractor and I received a call for an on-site interview. The manager asked basic questions and gave me an insight on the job responsibilities. She then showed me the labs and the QC department.
