3 stage interview, first with manager and head of division, second with the chief actuary, and finally a HR interview. First two rounds are relatively technical and the final hr interview is for negotiations, etc.

Interview
Surprisingly poor interview process for a mature firm. Second-round interview was confirmed with CRO and calendar invite sent but was then delayed at the last-minute.
After delay no official cancellation was ever given but all contacts at Brit stopped replying to emails.
