Advertised as an open position, the interview was fully AI and the answers recorded. After a week they sent me an email informing that my profile was accepted in their network, so not an open position but a recruitment service. Misleading to the least.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brite (Victor, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
I initially interviewed over the phone. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview at the end of the phone call. My first in person interview was with "middle management" (who would have likely been my bosses). After this interview, I was asked to come back in to interview with them and the VP. Most of the people were professional at Brite, especially during the interview process. During my interview with the VP though, he would ask me a question, then immediately interrupt me to show pictures, jokes, and other non-related information to one of the other interviewees. Another interviewee told him to stop, but he didn't. Even if I was offered the position, I left the interview questioning if I would even want to work in an environment where there seemed to be no respect from upper management. I was told I would hear either way by the end of the week, but never heard back from them.

Question 1
Why didn't your previous employer want to go with something you suggested?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Brite (Victor, NY) in May 2012
Interview
Interview was easy. they asked a few questions about experience and stuff. nothing too complicated on the technical side. is was so long ago i dont remember exactly what was asked, but my overall impression was that they were open to what i had to say and that they had many opportunities to advance. things of that nature. one thing worth noting ks that you should go into an interview with Brite with a decent technical background and be highly adaptable, because that is what they are looking for when they sit you down to an interview.
