Short/easy test, then individual interviews where two interviewers are asking questions and taking notes, then a role play, and a group exercise. The people doing the individual interviews are really nice, but they definitely dig for details regarding each question/situation. For the role play, they show you some rules beforehand, for example, you aren't allowed to get the manager involved. My role play involved an angry customer at a restaurant. For the group exercise, it's important to contribute your own opinion while also clearly asking others what they think. Don't talk too little, or too much. Contribute and be friendly. Other than that, mixed fleet is very heavy on "looking the part." Perfect bun, skirt suit, polished shoes, manicured hands, and nice/natural make-up.
