I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at British Airways (London, England) in May 2016
Interview
Everyone at the BA headquarters interviewing are great, all smiling and open which helps a lot when your nervous. There's 4 stages of the assessment day, first they check if you meet their physical requirements then you do a role play. The third stage you do a group task. This is the part where they make some cuts. Then the final stage is the interview.
I know it's very scary and intimidating ( I nearly turned back at the airport) however just have some fun and it's a great learning experience.

Interview
A long day, but assessors helped us feel at ease throught the process. The two interviewers had different styles which helped the interview flow. The wait for an offer was the most nerve-racking part.
