I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at British Airways (London, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online. Invited to do psychometric tests online and thereafter I received invitation to assessment day at Heathrow Airport. The day comprised of a reach test (vertical & horizontal) and jump seat test. Thereafter took part in a group exercise & role play exercises. I was then selected for a 1:1 interview. Sadly I was not offered a job.

Interview
Submit application on website, attach cv. Once accepted, complete the online assessment within 3 days of receiving the invite. (Maybe Psychometric style and situational judgment) British Airways do change the assessment types so bare in mind.

Question 1
Given random scenarios with a choice of most effective answer to select. The assessment has nothing to do with the job role or the actual airline.

Interview
Starts with a group of about 25 people, then have to do a height and reach test accompanied by reading out a script to one of the interviewers to prove your english speech.
