Was given a call and then a test after which I was ordered to go to the BA office at Heathrow for the final round after 2 months. The interview itself had absolutely nothing to do with BI and Data Analysis and was asked questions such as : What would I do if I was the CEO ? How do you deal with failure ? Point being that I applied for a technical job and was asked nothing by their panel regarding anything technical. And when I did direct the interview towards technical questions proactively it was dodged. Was quiet expected after reading the other Glassdoor reviews, but got here to confirm that this is exactly how it was.
