I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England)
Interview
The assessment center takes an entire day and if successful it will be followed by a final interview. The assessment day had the following activities:
- Work related case study to analyse and present
- One on one interview
- Group exercise
- Have to re-do the online tests
No feedback of the day is provided which is very annoying.
