- I applied online, 3 weeks later I received an invite from a HR manager for a 20-minute video interview, but no further details were given. - To my surprise, the interview was not with the HR manager who contacted me, but directly with 2 hiring managers for the role. - They rushed through their questions and only explained the role when I asked for more information at the end, but we had already exceeded the interview time. They said I would have an update about the process within two weeks. - 2 months later, I still haven't heard back from anyone, even after chasing the recruitment team. My application was never progressed nor rejected. After putting candidates through a lengthy application processes AND interviews for which we have to prepare (sometimes for hours/days), it is very disrespectful to not say anything.
