There are two rounds. First round is short call with HR for a brief presentation and some role plays. Very smooth interview process with questions focusing on experience with example on how to work things out. Not much tricky or questions Interviewee are nice and generally positive impression

Standard Interview process for the public sector. Four competency-based questions were asked along with motivation for applying for the role. Before the interview, an assessment had to be submitted. I was given a few days to complete.
