Panel de 3 personas. La entrevista duró aproximadamente 30 minutos. La entrevista comenzó en español y a mitad cambió a inglés. Se enfocó principalmente en cómo había enfrentado diferentes situaciones laborales en el pasado y situaciones hipotéticas de cómo las enfrentaría.

Interview
I found the interview process at British Council to be very professional, well-structured, and transparent. The panel was friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere, allowing me to express my experience and skills clearly. The questions were relevant to the role and focused on real-life scenarios. Overall, it was a positive and well-organized experience.
The interviewer was bit lack of sense of humour, maybe she was new to the role, so she was kind of nervous too. She got about 10 questions on her list and she just read them without interacting to my answers.
Most important is spoken engilsh language skills, they will do a V&A (voice & accent) test.

Its a Customer care (blended process) voice, email and chat
They will prefer people with past sales exp. for Cross selling products- not hardcore sales though
