a three-member panel, friendly and approachable, created a comfortable atmosphere. interview questions were shared in advance. they are straightforward and relevant, making the process positive, conversational, and engaging throughout the interview.
There were two interview stages, all online. Took a very long time but things move slowly there from what I understand at all levels. It took so long to get back to me that I had received another offer and accepted it which was a shame
