I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at British Red Cross (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
One day interview, it didn't take more than 5 hours in total, including a lunch break. It's a group interview and you are asked to answer questions and interact with co-interviewees. Your communication skills are the most important, followed by multicultural awareness and motivation. Overall an easy and great experience which got me the job.
