I was invited to interview shortly after applications were closed, the process was clearly explained in advance, and the interview panel shared the outcome very quickly (same day). They shared the outcome via phone rather via email, which was a thoughtful personal touch. The recruitment process consisted of an application, panel interview, and brief written assessment. The types of questions were standard for the sector and type of role.
