Britvic Soft Drinks interview questions

Extremely drawn out, over 3 months. 3 initial screening calls with HR was first red flag. 3 interviews, mix of competency based qs and presentation. Final interview I was asked on spec to do the presentation again, I suspected this would happen so was prepared. I liked the sound of the job and the team but by the end of the third interview I was promised I’ll get a call the following day according to Hr and according to panel it’ll be the end of the month which was a week later… 3.5 weeks later I get an email asking when I’m free this week for an update- which I knew was a no.. at this point I would have rejected an offer as I felt the lack of process and coordination signalled what it’ll be like working there.
