Broadband Hospitality interview questions

I was called by someone that did not know anything about VoIP at all. Once the job was explained it was clear to me they were not looking for a VoIP Engineer but a technician. She said they like to match vacation time and current pay, but could not. I told her I would not be able to budge on either and she told me that my info would be passed on. A few weeks later I received a message asking if I would be available for a official interview, which was later rescinded stating they had hired someone else that day and they had changed the job title. Employers - please do not put the word "Engineer" in your job posting unless you are really looking for an engineer.
