The process was extremely drawn out. It required several interviews, then survey-type materials. The phone calls were brief and largely uninformative. I received my decline over a month later when I had all but forgotten about the whole negative experience.

Met with HR, hiring manager and VP of Department all in one day. The staffing agency called next day to offer me the position. Started the next week. This is an entry level position.

Question 1
They asked about what kind of music I listened to as the position required identifying various genres of music. Also asked about computer skills and any experience reading contracts.

Expect 2 to 3 interviews. The first will be a fairly straightforward interview with the Support Associate you'll be assigned to and the next interview will be a VP. The questions are all standard interview questions.
