Slow, have lost highly skilled candidates due to slow response. Three to four week process and this was considered fast by many. I was an internally referenced hire by a top sales performance team.

Describe where you both won and lost a deal. Ask about experience with sales tracking tools such as SFDC, support escalation process experience and work ethic based off examples scenarios

Interview
Interview first round is technical and second round is process oriented. First round cleared by impressing panel in technical round with all questions. Second round i didn't do well in process oriented, but managed.
