Had a telephone interview first followed by a psychometric test, 20 minute exercise of my choice with my perspective team, SWOT analysis exercise, 10 minute presentation and finally a formal interview. I enjoyed the process and even though I wasnt successful I took a lot from the experience and would definatley apply again.
