Applied for the position on a university career center. Called in for a 1:1 interview, no phone interview took place. Interview did not go well, no offer was made. As a new grad, my lack of work experience was a problem for the interviewer. Looking back, I am curious why I was invited to an interview if they were looking for a different kind of candidate.
