Interview
I was first called by the director of the region to set up an in-person interview. The same day, hours after this phone call, I received an email from a corporate recruiter to schedule a phone interview. The process continued to be confusing, misleading and disorganized. They were not upfront and truthful about the position details and requirements on the job ad, and did not include the fact that this position requires weekend availability and would act as a manager on duty every 5th weekend. Additionally, the corporate recruiter did not read/process my email responses before responding to my questions, which made me feel like they were just fulfilling their duties as required.

Interview
One on One interview with the Executive Director, basic information asked as well as reviewing job history. Very open minded in job history review and non judgmental on job changes due to family issues. Very Personable.

Interview
Couple weeks after applying received a call to interview with ED. Got to location 15-20 min prior to interview. Completed paper application, however, learned that interview will be delayed as the location was being audited and the ED needed to be readily available to answer any questions. About 30 min after schedule interview time ED informed I would be interviewing with Manager instead. Interviewed with manager and in interview learned they were looking for someone with "managerial experience." Job description alluded to position being more administrative, my resume didn't indicate I had "managerial experience." Immediately after leaving interview I received a VM from receptionist asking me to reschedule my interview, after I had completed the interview.bThis was about 3 months ago, I haven't received any notification from them, not even a rejection email.
