I applied on the website and Indeed. Got a call to come in for an interview. Had to wait a while despite showing up early and had to fill out long paper application, but no big deal - had a chance to speak with some of the residents and see what the environment there is like. Was offered position a few days working as activities coordinator as well as CNA. Had to come in the next day for offer letter and the instructions on the background check/drug test.

Interview
We had a phone call conversation and then I was pretty much hired, I filled out the paperwork and have in person paperwork scheduled. There is a drug test to be completed, the manager Joey was very helpful and told me to contact her with any questions.

The interview process was seamless. I interviewed with the director as well as the staffing nurse. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. After the interview you are required to do a physical and drug screening and background check.... Also they WILL call your references so please have strong ones

A very laid back and easy interview process. No need to stress. Just do research, come prepared and you will be fine. They are really looking for humble and nice people who will be able to take care of the residents.
