Interview
Well organised and streamlined. Interviewed with several people from HR through to sector head. Included a financial modelling test and review session to walk through. Most interviews were background walk throughs and why do you want to work here etc. Overall positive experience
Initial phone conversation with HR rep, followed by in office interview with one of the one investment staff. Staff were pleasant to speak to. No previous contact with the firm.
Fairly straightforward interview process. Third interview is an interview with multiple colleagues. Interview was during COVID so everything was via Zoom. Third interview was the more detailed and in-depth questions
