It was pretty straightforward. Waited for the nurse manager (could be 2 people). Asked simple questions followed up with 2 scenario questions regarding MI/STROKE. Discussed what the residency program is and what it will consist of.

Starts with a phone call screening, then in person with 2-3 people usually. They ask you some basic nursing questions and medications and what vital signs you need to monitor. They ask about a STEMI alert and MONA. Along with personal questions.
