Brown & Brown interview questions

1. Laid back call asking questions regarding availability, resume, goals, etc. No more than 5 minutes 2. Interview in person (non-technical). Resume-grilling + why brown and brown. Be prepared to go in depth with projects/experiences

Mixed interview process. It occurred during a large poach, so the interview process had to start over. Initially, it was very organized and intentional. I think that because of the change in position and the large loss of employees, it became disorganized.
