I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brown & Crouppen (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2020
Interview
I was there for nearly two hours. The HR specialist was very nice. I cannot say the same thing for the managing partner. He was awful. He asked inappropriate questions, a smidge xenophobic. He also discussed politics (not at all related to the position I was interviewing for).

2. Weakness
3. Why they should hire me?
4. (Inappropriate question) If I even knew how much to salary to ask for, since I had just recently arrived to St. Louis.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brown & Crouppen (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview process was relatively relaxed/casual. The first step was a phone interview which was approximately 35 minutes. The next step was a video interview where you pre-record responses to three generic questions. From there, I received an invite for an in-person interview at the office headquarters located in downtown St. Louis. Then I had one last/final in-person interview before receiving an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Brown & Crouppen (Saint Louis, MO) in Feb 2018
Interview
Was contacted by the Employee Relations Specialist after applying online. She did a brief phone interview and then I was sent three on-line tests (Caliper, SkillCheck and DiSC) which I completed. Followed up with the ERS requesting feedback but did not receive a response. Found it very rude and unprofessional!
