It was good! Hopefully I get the job - manager was very nice and so was the staff- looks like a great place to work. Brusters also offers free ice cream to employees so that is also nice
Hired right on the spot. Asked easy enough questions. A little sketchy looking back but overall not a bad experience. Would recommend for a first time job but avoid if you've had a job before.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bruster's (Auburn, AL) in Apr 2008
Interview
I asked for a job application form one day when I was at Bruster's. Filled it out and brought it back a couple days later, the manager called me the next day and asked me to come in for an interview which was pretty simple and I was on the schedule the next week. If you dont completely botch the interview, you pretty much have the job.
