It was the most unprofessional interview I ever had. I had to wait over an hour for the HR person to start the interview. No one came in to offer anything to drink. She didn't even look at my resume and didn't want a copy when I offered. She proceeded to ask me illegal questions about my age and marital status. Seriously? Next, the IT director comes in, takes one look at me and snickers. I can tell he doesn't like women. He proceeds to say that I would be working on an all male team, can I handle that? I tell him, yes, of course I can handle that. I knew right then and there 2 things: 1) I do not under any circumstances want to work for this company and 2) they would never offer me a job here. No love lost.
