I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Buckinghamshire Council (Aylesbury, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
It was pretty straight forward and structured as a series of open-ended questions about the background and skills, interests, and personality. No elevator pitch or self-introduction in that sense. The questions were reasonable, expectable, and at point to help outline your relevant skills and experiences. Naturally it was ended by my questions from them.
