Buffalo Lodging Associates interview questions

In person interview with general manager and front office manage. Great experience with managers that asked thorough questions on how I would handle different types of guests. After 2 years of working there i would recommend to anyone. They work hard to achieve goals and try to reward employees that meet those goals the best they can.

Normal questions Such as: What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Why are you interested in working for [insert company name here]? Where do you see yourself in five years? Ten years? Why do you want to leave your current company? Why was there a gap in your employment between [insert date] and [insert date]? What can you offer us that someone else can not?
