Interview
Largely positive. They are a company I admire, and it was great to speak with others working for them. I had two video interviews. There weren't any trick questions. For the most part, it felt like a very natural 'get to know you' style interview.

Culture and values are big in Buffer, and I was asked a bit around these, and my own personal take and experiences. A lot of the interview felt more discussion like, than having questions fired at me.
