Personal interview and 3 language tests. In my case, the interview was with four more people. Then we have two hours to do the tests. If you need more time, they give you a little more. One of the test is to exam your English level. You have to do it very bad for not passing it.

Interview
After 7 days, I went in to interview. I was asked to do a test on excel spreadsheet, where they asked videogame names, button names for xbox/ps controller, brief description of bugs, etc. After that, they printed a contract with all the necessary information, like sallary, time shifts, etc. It was pretty simple.

Interview
I applied online on Craiglist.ca. Very brief interview, lasted for about 5 min. It based on language that you applying for. Asked very simple question about games. Like: do you like to play? Good location,very nice office with view on Biodome Montreal , not difficult to find a parking place near.
