A long phone conversation with recruiter, multiple hours worth of quizzes and spreadsheets that were in my opinion completely pointless and a waste of time, then an in person interview which lasted about 40 minutes.

Why do you feel like you'd be a great fit for this position?
Very easy and the hiring managers were nice. The interview was on zoom and very quick. You have to complete two Zoom interviews before they make a decision. If you're a recent college grad then this is a nice company to start your career.

Chatted for around an hour on video chat with the two department managers for the Atlanta office. The first half was dedicated to standard interview questions, while about half of the session was dedicated to any questions I had.
