      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at BuildZoom

      Interview

i got an email from the hiring manager, and she asked me to analyze a set of data, which is a sample of the job that they do everyday. In 18 hours, you must complete and submit your .py and the sample of your work through their system. After that, they will review your script in python and get back to you (unfortunately, they haven't got back me yet, it is likely that I was rejected even though it was not too difficult)

      Question 1

They give you a bunch of unordered data and you have to sort them base on the description. The language is python and it was easy

First, a phone interview. Mostly behavorial questions and questions about the company and the position. The second interview was a video-based coding challenge with Karat during an hour. The interviewer first asked about my experience and my projects. Then, I had some coding questions.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BuildZoom (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2015

      Interview

Applied Online: Got a coding test, to build a predictive model for their data, a 16 hour test they said I took it after a week, and it was a simple solution based on NLP techniques, took about 6 hours. I received no response for about 3 weeks after continuously following up the HR at one point where she stopped replying back. I put up a grievance email to some manager's email I found on their website, that they can't waste my time when they had no intention of hiring. He replied immediately saying my profile is under review and they dint start evaluating the applicants' solutions yet. After a month after this point, when I forgot that I even applied to this company, I get a rejection email. I achieved 97.7% accuracy with my model, shouldn't be bad to get me a phone interview right??
