Interview
I instantly felt at home when I came into Builder Designs for my interview. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, and the interview started right on time. It lasted for about 45 minutes or so - the two people I interviewed with were extremely friendly and professional. We discussed my background, how my experience would fit for the job, and and overall view of Builder Designs as a company and their process. After the interview, I was given a tour of the office and introduced to a lot of employees, which helped me get a good idea of the office environment and culture.

1st Interview: Met with CEO and Vice President
2nd Interview: Met with Project Manager
The interview process was great! I had the chance to meet with the CEO and Vice President. As well as tour the offices. Great feeling after stepping foot in the door! Fun, Creative, and results driven environment.

Interview
I came in to their Olathe office and interviewed for an open Account Manager position. The interview was definitely more casual than other interviews I've been on, but they asked great questions and made good conversation. I was more comfortable with this interview process than with more corporate office interviews.
