They responded to me in less than 24 hours and their secretary was super nice. However when I arrived there was already someone waiting and when I left there was another person so it was a red flag.

I was very curious to find out how they marketed their clients and in the first round interview but the second round interview really stuck out to me, not only just how they market but how their business was growing and how they needed to find the right people to team up with to help develop a larger organization. All in all, I was surprised how thorough and depth the interview process was and how much I learned. I felt like the growth opportunity was in line with some of my personal goals so I decided to accept the position after the third round. I haven't looked back!
