The interview process is smooth the thorough. I was asked to share why I would like to join the company, and the interviewee asked me some real-life questions which I needed to provide a solution to show my logic and approach in problem-solving.
Fine interview. One stage for low level management with a few of the usual questions about why you chose Bupa and your skills. Also asked about how I manage teams and giving feedback.
One telephone call on general suitability and experience. One interview with other managers to assess competency.
Overall a really lovely set of interviews, everyone was really welcoming and made me feel super comfortable.
