Very straightforward, and comfortable with the interviewer. Basic interview questions and asked for availability immediately. Quick turnaround for decision. Start date soon after. Overall very easy process. Manager usually interviews.

Short process took 10 minutes total. Boss was friendly and I got a free whopper out of deal. Overall a very positive experience but this was 30 years ago. But again this interview was 30 years ago.
