I applied online and I had to call the restaurant a few times to get an open interview date and then the regional manager interviewed me and reached an agreement on hours.

The interview was long and hard and fought. I wish a team lead did not work so many hours. I did one day interview and did not get the job. I did not take drug test.
1 hr sit down interview with two team members who alternated asking me questions. had a 10 min phone call interview beforehand where they ask me basic questions . felt a bit rushed but was friendly
Very Straight forward. Just want to make sure you have decent work ethic. We met in the cafe area of the restaurant. Most of the questions were generic and of simple matters.
