I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Burger King (Mumbai) in Jul 2025
Interview
Good interview, Great office, Not much of interesting projects, basically an end to your dev journey if you join here just like MNCs. Although they weren’t willing to pay much.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Burger King (Miami, FL) in Jun 2013
Interview
Send my resume to a connection I had with somebody at the firm. That person kindly forwarded to a Director in the relevant department, who called for an informal conversation regarding qualifications, skills and a potential fit.
Was then invited to in-person interviews at the HQ in Miami.
Went for an afternoon of interviews, where I met with senior execs, including two C-level and EVP.
Interviews consisted of some brain teasers, case studies, fit questions and a stress-test ("name 10 things you can do with a pen, other than to write with it", while tapping on the table and counting down the time). Overall they wanted to see you were aware of the company culture and that you were the right type, as they clearly state that their meritocratic work environment is not for everyone.
Received the offer then and there, after waiting for about 10-15 mins for them to deliberate.
