I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burlington Stores in Jul 2014
Interview
Before you get to the interview, you have to fill out all of the application. This is a ridiculously heavy process that I believe is used to weed out applicants that aren't serious. There is a section where you have to basically do Algebra homework for about 50 questions. Assessment questions designed to trip you up, phone conversations and outreach by corporate recruiters. Once it is all done, you are set up with a local interview contact depending on what level you are applying for.
