I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied online, couple weeks later I got an interview date went in for my interview. I waited for quite a while. The interview was short. I didn't hear back from them then one day I got a call saying they can't find my application and they would like to send me my offer letter because evidently i got the job. Anyways I told my name and I got excited thinking I would get the job. Few weeks passed I didn't hear back from them so I called and the employee that picked up told me they hired over a 50 or so employees and I should be patient and wait for a call for seasonal staffs or what not when I applied for full time associate.
.... it was really disappointing.
The interview was mostly a one-on-one conversation and overall it was fairly simple. As long as your personality and work style align with the culture and expectations of that specific location, you should do just fine.

Interview
Polite and understanding. Very relaxed setting yet formal. Was given the job expectations and qualifications as well as general idea of how shift is handled. I felt accepted and involved the second I walked into the interview

Easy, not too difficult and I got the job and began working right away as a seasonal employee. Very relaxed interview not too many questions. Just what experiences are and when can you work and start
