There were two rounds of interviews, one on campus, one at HQ. They were both mainly situational/behavioral. The only quesitons that were not those type were regarding projects on my resume and ones that I did in the past.

Basic personality interview, nothing technical. They asked about my personal background, why I wanted to work for Burlington, and how I've solved problems with teams in the past. Very easy and basic.
