Interview
The process was simple. I submitted my application on Friday and the following Monday I got an email with a link to schedule the interview. The in person interview was super easy, although it could’ve been more organized.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when a customer was unhappy. What did you do to solve it?
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
