Interview
Applied online and interviewed through a job fair. I spent about 3 minutes with the initial interviewer asking the basic questions about experience, what did I know about the company, things like that. Based on my experience, I was sent on to the next person to be interviewed in more detail, which was more in depth as to my skills as a supervisor. There were a LOT of people there who did the basic interview and were not asked to speak with anyone else. I guess they didn't make the grade.

Received prompt phone call from designated store. Scheduled 2nd interview 3 days out. Super friendly asked why I wanted to work there. What additional experience I had, and if I was available at all times and days needed.

Very easy interview. It was based more on my availability and flexibility. Just 1 interview with the store manager. Very quick hiring process. Almost hired immediately after interview and that’s with me having open availability.

Interview
The process consisted of 3 interviews. The first one with the operations manager, second with store manager, and the third with someone from corporate. The operations manager first interviewed me over the phone, then asked me to come into the store and the same day she asked me to wait for the SM to arrive to work so that he would interview me. The corporate interview was over the phone.
