Interview
The interview process was through the HireVue platform, which consisted of six video based interviews (watch video of question and then 2 attempts to record) and two game based assessments (one math calculations and one puzzle solving).

Please describe an opportunity where you recognized you could improve work performance. Why did you act on it, describe the situation, actions and outcome.
Straight forward Behavioral Interview done through hirevue... at least the 1st round. I liked it bc you got 2 tries to record per question, so you had time to prepare a better response.
Had multiple interviews and then they changed the job available; had me re-interview with additional people and sent me to NY to meet with the chief merchant; then changed the job available again and told me they might want me for a different job. After 3 separate days of interviews, taking time off from my current job, and with no official job opening, I moved on.
