I went to one of their store locations and met with the hiring manager for my interview. She was very nice and straightforward. We talked for about 15 minutes and she said she would call me when they made their decision, which they did end up doing (other places I applied to at the time never called back unless I did get offered the position).
The interview was mostly a one-on-one conversation and overall it was fairly simple. As long as your personality and work style align with the culture and expectations of that specific location, you should do just fine.
