Very quick and simple. They seem like they need people so they basically just want to make sure you're somewhat normal. For loss prevention they want to make sure you're an honest type of person who will show up and be able to look someone in the eye and speak up.

No interview I was asked to come in for orientation and that was it honestly.
I started immediately. That's it nothing else to say after that please come on I wish there was more

Interview
Had a phone interview scheduled at 9am. At 9:45 no one had called. I called in to find out what happened. After being placed on hold, I was told the interviewer wasn't in that day. They had a scheduled call with me. The person on the phone said "hopefully you will get a call back" and hung up.
