Received my confirmation email on the time I scheduled for interview. Never got called on the time it was. Called the store like the email said to if I didn't hear from them. Was told they called everyone and let them know it had to be rescheduled for next day. Told her I didn't receive a call and my VM was empty. She asked my name and what I applied for. Asked my availability and made a comment that they can work with it. Mind you I have a full time job already with set hours. She said she will call the next day. Never received a call at all.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
