Straight forward interview. Very detailed on job responsibilities & expectations. The follow up and offer to have the job was on the spot. Couldn’t have asked for an easier process and feedback.

Overall work experience, work ethic and ability to work in different weather conditions.
Very easy, met on a Saturday. Was about 30 minutes long with the President and Department Head. They asked about work related knowledge and previous experience and how I could help their company.
